Shipping Policy:

We ship by UPS and USPS. When products are in stock, orders are sent out within three business days. Orders may take up to 7 to 10 business days to be delivered when shipped through UPS ground (depending on region of the U.S.)

All backordered items can take up to 6 (sometimes up to 8) weeks to be shipped. We offer authentic items straight from manufacturers, which are in Italy, Europe and South Africa therefore delivery to the USA may take longer  due to USA customs clearance.

We have flat shipping fee of $ 10.00 for all products to all 50 States of the USA and flat shipping fee of $ 20.00 to Canada.

We do ship Internationally all over the World via USPS Service. Please contact us via EMAIL for international shipping rates (may vary due to country destination). 

We ship to the P.O Boxes, however not responsible for shipping to the P.O Boxes, if a customer’s shipping address is the P.O Box, it is under customer’s responsibility. In case of lost/damaged packages which are shipped to the P.O Box those purchases are not eligible for refund/replacement. 

Payment Methods:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. We are using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption for protected and secure payments.

Return & Exchange Policy:

You may return/exchange most items within 3 business days from the date received for a full refund or exchange. The items should be in their original packaging, are in new/non-damaged/not opened and re-salable condition.

All shipping expenses of returns are under customer’s responsibility.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Custom made items (show pillows/show bows/top-knot pillows/show leashes) unless there was an error on our or the manufacturer’s part how the item was personalized.
  • Opened merchandises.
  • Cosmetics.
  • Items on sale/Final sales items. Discounted items.
  • Items are shipped to the P.O Boxes (shipping addresses are under customer’s responsibility). 

Return/Exchange Instructions:

  • In order to process your return/exchange, complete the Return Form provided on the back of your packing slip. Please email us for a copy of the return form and return instructions.
  • Enclose the Return Form along with the items you are returning.


Please allow up to 2 weeks to process refunds or credits. We are not responsible for returns damaged in transit or incorrectly delivered.
